How do I know my order has been accepted?

As soon as we receive your order, we will send you an Order Acknowledgement e-mail confirming your order details. If you do not receive the e-mail within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder just in case the e-mail got delivered there instead of to your inbox; or contact us at +6012-212 2888 for further assistance. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will only be processed on the next working day.
